Had an amazing weekend in Max the Peaugot Boxer. Super spacious van with a really comfy bed, and decent kitchen for cooking. Had a water tank and sink as well. GOAT were great and we rented kitchen equipment from them. They were really communicative and helpful. I hope I can take Max out in the future too

The team at Goat Roadtrip are just outstanding! Phil, Mark and Juliet go out of their way to provide outstanding customer care! I’ve just bought a CamperKing St Tropez from them and they were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process.
Unfortunately, the battery charger failed soon after delivery (no fault of theirs) and it was replaced within 24 hours!! They are totally committed to ensuring the customer is happy and are themselves passionate about campervans, which is so refreshing especially when compared to some dealerships who just want the sale but are not interested in after sale customer care. We hired Lars for a trip and we're extremely impressed with the service and team at GOAT. Just back from a trip after hiring Diego - a VW Campervan - from GOAT Roadtrip. We had a great time using the vehicle - it had enough of everything we needed to make the overnight sleeps, cooking and general living in the vehicle a good time. Its not a large vehicle but the plus for us with that is that we could use the van all the time for getting out and about from various camp sites and we weren't burdened with the hassle of a long set up and packup whenever we wanted to continue the adventures by day trips out. Would recommend Goat to anyone wanting a good quality hire vehicle.

Hired the Retro VW camper (Santiago) recently for a trip down to the South Coast. First time i've ever taken a camper. Very professional in the office and explained everything clearly to me, including any extras such as early pick up charge. Camper was clean and well maintained. Everthing worked as it should and we had a really excellent time. Deposit returned in full quickly after the inspection on return. Highly recommended (very friendly) company and we will hire from them again.

Recently hired VW van for trip to Scotland with my son and my dog. Had a great time, feel goat trip was an awesome business. Great support, instructions, videos on van functions. A dream fulfilled and another adventure ticked off our wish list. Owning a decent camper van is sadly beyond reach and so hiring one seemed like the next best thing. I was a little nervous about what it might entail but I needn't have been because the customer service from the ever helpful team at Goat, coupled with the online instructional videos, meant our every question was answered and any 'how to' concerns were readily addressed. A special mention to Juliet who was super helpful from the outset when I called in to initially explore things and throughout every step of the booking and hire process afterwards. We chose Alejandra as our home away from home and thoroughly enjoyed our time away in Northumberland. The dog loved it too! All in all a fantastic experience and many happy memories. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to Goat Roadtrip for a future adventure. Many thanks.

Simply an amazing company. We hired the Apollo for a week to head to the Scottish highlands in late Oct/early Nov. The vehicle was spotless when we picked it up and all the communication and support leading up to the hire was brilliant. The lease price for the week was very reasonable. The van comes equipped with lots of things you may need and the opportunity to hire essential items instead of having to purchase/bring your own.
We hired the van as a test to see if this is the type of purchase we would like to make in the future, what a great way to test this style of camping out.
We had a fantastic holiday, the van was spacious and comfy and incredibly reliable. All staff we interacted with were brilliant!! We will most certainly be returning to hire the VW crafter when that is available for our next adventure!!

We hired Oscar Friday to Monday on the arrival of storm Babet! It didn't put us off and we took him to Cumbria where after a windy first night we woke up to beautiful skies and sun. the van was equipped with everything we needed and my husband was given a full briefing on collection. Oscar drives well (according to the hubby) and was economical. There was plenty of space inside and the bed was comfy. The van has usb charges and plug socket. Only thing that was missing was a mirror so I could get ready. We will definitely be returning customers and cannot fault anything about the service or the van.

Fabulous from start to finish. We took Max the adventure van round Cornwall for the week and now we’d like one of our own! Would definitely recomend the larger vans as there is so much room and we were able to go off grid all week. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks again Georgia

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys! Easy to get to and convenient. Friendly staff, happy to help and offer assistance where needed. The van was clean and in great condition. There's a large choice of campervans and moterhomes to hire.
The experience has definitely given me the bug, I'm sure I'll be hiring from them again soon 🙂

Recently come back from doing the Scottish 500 using VW camper
Atlantis. We used the automatic version found the MPG very good at 45.7
It performed beautifully on the steep passes of the Applecross peninsula, we found it unbelievably comfy.
Highly recommend using Goat trip, all the staff we had dealings with were both courteous and very helpful as this was the first time we’ve ever used a camper van ,
My wife and I I both in our sixty’s we had no issues at all; the staff set the van up for us and off we went

Great service and top guys. I needed a roof tent on the day….got in touch, explained the situation and they were happy to help. I ordered it online, drove straight there and they had it ready to go on the car. They gave me a demo, talked me through the ins and outs and had a good chat about all things camped vans. We have used GOAT Roadtrip twice now to hire VW camper and. 2 years ago we had Lorenzo for 2 weeks around Devon and Cornwall and this year 2 weeks in Francisco. Both vans excellent, clean well maintained and great in built facilities. Customer service excellent and staff friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Campervan hire! 5 stars!

We had a fantastic experience booking through GOAT Roadtrip. We hired the Atlantis for four nights and it was awesome for a couple with two children on the road and at campsites. A small issue with the heating/hob was calmly and quickly dealt with and a sufficient alternative provided. Correspondence with the team beforehand, at pick-up, and after the trip, was all very good.

I hired a swamper camper from Goat for the weekend and had a great experience.The pre-hire video and information pack was informative and and that helped prepare us for the trip. The people at Goat were lovely to deal with and everything was explained to us up front in a comprehensive, kind, and helpful manner.The camper itself was in a superb condition with all the mod cons you would need for a comfortable and adventurous road trip and it was lovely to drive. I look forward to hiring from Goat again in the not too distant future.

Our hire from GOAT was our first time in a campervan and we had an amazing road trip in 'Santiago', a tastefully-converted VW T6. The team were very helpful and very understanding when a tailgate strut broke off causing some damage to the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from them again.

We had a fantastic week on our trip to North Yorkshire and Northumbria. The motor home was great! It was really comfortable and so well equipped. It was our first motor home experience and there were four of us sharing. We were slightly hesitant at first about trying this type of holiday but we were all so impressed with the freedom it gave us to explore. There was plenty of room for us and we are all still friends ! GOAT road trip were fantastic. They supported us all the way from helping us to arrange the trip to giving us a really thorough explanation of all the features of the motor home. They even left us a welcome pack! We couldn't have been happier with the service and we would definitely recommend !

I took out an Adventure Van to the Yorkshire Dales for the weekend and it was great! Its a simple design which has a very comfortable bed, sofa, full kitchen (enough to actually cook real meals) and even a very cleverly designed shower system that pops up from under the seat with hot water. The power system is impressive and its clearly design to live off-grid all of the time. We saved money by staying for free at pub car parks so overall a bargain weekend.

I had an amazing road trip doing the North Coast 500 in Scotland on my own! GOAT road trip also helped me by planning my route for me and booking my campsites in advance sometimes for 2 nights to give me enough time to explore the area during the day. I was very comfortable in the van and the heating system was excellent too. How to use everything was explained to me beforehand with videos as back up to look back on if I needed to. I would thoroughly recommend GOAT road trip and would feel happy using them again in the future.

We hired one of the retro campers (Alberto) for our honeymoon trip to Cornwall and it was fantastic. It has everything you'd need for a very comfortable trip and is great to drive. Rented Apollo (Luxe campervan) for a 3 night break in the Lake District near Keswick. GoatRoadTrip arranged the campsite booking, taking all the stress and hassle out of it. Every member of the team that i dealt with was polite and really helpful. The VW camper van was fantastic, and even better than expected. Allowed my son and I to focus on a road trip, and to prepare for a day exploring Keswick, followed by a day walking up Helvellyn via Striding edge.

This is my first time in a campervan and I couldn't be more satisfied and amazed by the service and product GOAT Roadtrip has provided.

The entire process from the booking, the handover to the return of the vehicle was stress free and incredibly smooth.

We rented a VW from their swamper range (Elsa). The vehicle was in excellent condition! The interior was spotless clean and the vehicle drove like a dream. All the equipment needed for the trip was provided, worked exactly how it should, and never once did I want for anything on my trip. We took Elsa to Scotland in the middle of winter and I brought snow socks in case of emergency but we never had to use it.

I cannot stress on how much I would recommend GOAT Roadtrip to anyone who is looking for an off the grid adventure with all the comforts of your own home.

What a fantastic 3 night break.
Picked Jason(motor home) up from Leeds and was shown around it first by a very helpful member of team then we was on our way.
Three nights with different scenery each night areal home from home everything in there you could possibly want, from full heating to a usable shower. On returning to depot was met by same member of staff who was polite and helpful showing up around the vw campers which will be our next hire from Goat road trip.

My boyfriend and I just came back from our trip to the west coast of Scotland and it was amazing. I had a great time visiting the Isle of Skye thanks to all the features of the van (Atlantis). Atlantis has everything you need to travel comfortably. We cooked EVERY meal in the van and had the bests comfy nights in its bed.

Just returned home after a week long trip around the NC500 in a van hired by GOAT Roadtrip. We hired the van last minute, as we unfortunately had to postpone our trip abroad. From start to finish, great responsive customer service. Efficient communication, making it very easy to upload and sign all relevant documents, as well as excellent, fully accessible videos demonstrating all features of the van. The van was superb, and I would definitely recommend and use this company again for our next trip!

My partner and I rented Austin for the bank holiday weekend to explore the Dales. Everyone at Goat was fantastic, booking, uploading documents and paying was all easily done online. Amy kept us constantly updated and answered any questions we had right away.

Collection was smooth thanks to Terry, he walked us around Austin and all the equipment included, made sure we were comfortable with how it all worked. We will be booking again soon for a longer trip! Thank you!

Very impressed with the vehicle (we had Alfonzo) and the efficiency of the team. Pick up was easy, the van was spotless, and a pleasure to drive and use. The video instructions were great, and at the end, drop off and deposit return quick and straightforward. We had a great time in the Outer Hebrides and some if NC500. Would highly recommend.

I booked a roadtrip for a week through GOAT this summer and I was highly impressed with how fantastic the whole holiday was from start to finish. Goat's service was impeccable and they helped me with any questions I had about the van. The vans are beautifully furnished and it was perfect for my family of 4! The GOAT team are extremely friendly and clearly their customer service is a high priority.

Just returned from a week in Astrid doing the North Coast 500. This is the second year we have rented a van and have absolutely loved it both times. Great service, easy to get in contact with, amazing vans in great condition with everything you need. We loved Astrid and the yellow interior and we had such a great time on our trip. The campervan was epic. Apollo(our camper) had everything we needed and more and we did a good amount of trouble free miles!

We had a great time in Nth Yorkshire, made more enjoyable because we were using Goat Roadtrip rather than our tent.
We were upgraded without any extra charges to one of their brand new campers, ( Orion ) i think, because of a problem with the vehicle we originally paid for.
Amy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be using them again.

We had a great fortnight in Hendrik. Service was great from GOAT Roadtrip, from Amy in the office answering our questions before and during the booking to the the guys who gave us the vans on the day. The van was in perfect condition and full of diesel when we picked it up, it was also the best price we found by over £300 for the fortnight would definitely recommend.

After a number of Honeymoon options were cancelled, we found GOAT who were amazing and allowed us a trip of a life time! All the staff were amazing but big shout out to Amy who went the extra mile to make the trip extra special.

We took Hendrik campervan for a roadtrip in Scotland and had a fantastic time with it.
This is a brand new campervan which has all the facilities you could expect.
The staff members were all very helpful and friendly and sorted our paperwork quickly.

We rented Enrique at very short notice and were so impressed with the quality of the van and the GOAT customer service. Nothing was too much trouble; Amy and Kevin were so friendly and helpful. I hadn't used a camper before so the very clear on-line tutorial videos were superbly helpful. Highly recommended!!!

We hired Enrique early in December 2020 (when we were allowed to travel within area 2). Was a bit of a gamble as we had never been in one before and it had forecast snow in North Yorkshire where we were heading. Amy from GOAT was amazing with the pre-pickup organisation and the guys on site did an excellent (distanced) handover.
We arrived at our destination in the dark and once we had the electric hooked up we absolutely loved it.
From initial contact to dropping off great experience. Would recommend everyone give it go.
PS - Also got a Christmas card from Enrique and the team, great touch.

Amazing trip to the lakes. From pickup to drop off super professional and helpful. Unfortunately Boris cut our trip short but were kind enough to refund us the extra night. 100% will be renting again, hopefully February all being well !

Absolutely amazing week, needed some social isolation and this is definitely one way to do it.
Turned up, got the keys and headed off.

Friendly welcome and great communication in sorting out the booking.

Very clean and easy to use van, everything I needed. Really easy to drive. Travelled over a 1,000miles often on single track roads, not a single issue.

I’m thinking of booking over winter and chasing the northern lights, will definitely be needing the diesel heater.

We hired Carlos for 5 nights. From start to finish the service from GOAT was amazing. Found we could get hold of them extremely easily and they were happy to answer any questions. When picking up the van everything was shown to us so we were comfortable setting off. There was also a website they send you which has information on everything to do with the van which included videos which was extremely handy while away. The van itself was pristine clean and all facilities in there working perfectly. Extremely dog friendly which was must for us!
All in all GOAT exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to use them again!

We had a wonderful week away with Fernandez! Booking was really easy and communication with the team was a breeze. Collecting Fernandez was super simple and dropping him off even easier (although I didn't want to). The camper is really well equipped and very comfortable. We can't wait for our next trip!
